Summary:

I led the design efforts to overhaul the NTUC Income blog, focusing on both the user interface and overall user experience. My contributions included conducting user research to identify pain points, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for the new layout, and ensuring the design stayed true to NTUC Income’s brand identity.
